Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Reboot (rebootpsyched.online), operated by Reframe Life LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. A parent or legal guardian must create the family account and agree to these terms on behalf of any enrolled minor.

What Reboot Is

Reboot is an educational, psychoeducational digital wellness and performance skills program for adolescents and their parents or guardians. It includes standardized screening instruments, educational modules, and, where applicable, safety notification routing to a parent or designated school counselor.

Not a Medical or Emergency Service

Reboot is an educational and psychoeducational program. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological evaluation or treatment, and it is not a crisis or emergency service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911. Safety notifications sent by the platform are a supplementary layer intended to alert a parent or counselor promptly, they are not a monitored, real-time crisis response system, and delivery of any notification, whether by email or SMS, is not guaranteed to be instantaneous.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

  • A parent or legal guardian must create and maintain the family account.
  • Account credentials should not be shared outside the immediate family or, in school deployments, outside the assigned counselor relationship.
  • Information provided at signup (name, email, phone, student age/grade) must be accurate.

SMS Communications

A mobile phone number is required at signup and is verified through a one-time automated text message code as a standard account security step; this one-time verification message is separate from, and not affected by, the optional ongoing SMS alerts described below.

Where a parent has separately opted in to receive ongoing SMS notifications, message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies based on program activity and safety-screening events. This ongoing SMS consent is optional and is never a condition of using the platform. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us directly. Email notifications will continue regardless of SMS consent status.

School-Based Deployments

In school-based deployments, safety notifications route to the student's designated school counselor rather than directly to the parent by SMS or email; the counselor is responsible for parent contact by phone in that context. Data handling in school deployments is intended to be consistent with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false information about yourself or a minor in your care
  • Attempt to access another family's or student's account or data
  • Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law
  • Attempt to interfere with, disable, or probe the security of the platform

Intellectual Property

All program content, including screening instruments, educational modules, and written materials, is the property of Reboot and its authors and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Reboot is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reboot and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including delayed or non-delivery of email or SMS notifications. This program does not replace the judgment of a licensed medical or mental health professional, and users are encouraged to seek appropriate professional care for any concerns identified through the program.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
